Artfinix Studios Drawing Contest Guidelines

Theme: Seasonal Celebrations: Highlight traditional fall festivals, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Dia de Muertos.

Eligibility:
 

• Open to all ages and skill levels.
 

• Participants must be students or registered to an Artfinix Student organization.
 

Rules:
 

1. Artwork:
 

◦ Must be a 2D drawing or illustration.
 

◦ Can be created using any medium (e.g., pencil, markers, digital, paint).
 

◦ Must adhere to the contest theme.
 

◦ Must be original work and not infringe on any copyrights.
 

2. Submission:
 

◦ All submissions must be received by October 21st 2024
 

◦ Submissions should be submitted electronically as [PDF, JPEG, PNG].
 

◦ Please include your name, age, and contact information with your submission.

3. Judging:
 

◦ A panel of professional graphic designers will evaluate submissions based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and

adherence to the theme.
 

◦ Well will also take in consideration votes of participants, family and friends.
 

4. Prizes:
 

• The grand prize winner will have their artwork featured on our limited-edition merchandise and website.
 

• Will work alongside a professional designer to refine their creations, before print work!
 

• Remaining contestants will have their artwork displayed on the Artfinix Arts and Gallery page.
 

Additional Notes:
 

• By submitting your artwork, you grant Artfinix Studios permission to use your artwork for promotional purposes.
 

• Artfinix Studios reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
