Payment methods and Policies!Payment Methods: Credit Card: Payments can be made online or over the phone with our assistance. Cash: Payments can be made in person at our studio. Check: Checks can be made payable to Artfinix and submitted in person. Automatic Payments : Artfinix uses a third-party payment processor, Pike 13, to automatically charge accounts on the 1st of each month. Due Dates and Fees: Tuition: Tuition fees are due in full on the 1st of each month. Late Fee: All registrations (group classes, private lessons, or Early Childhood classes) made after the registration deadline will incur a $15 late fee in addition to the base registration fee. Registration Fee: The non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment Responsibility: Families are responsible for keeping their payment methods up to date. Artfinix is unable to prorate tuition fees for early withdrawals.
