While we cannot enforce daily practice, we strongly emphasize the importance of consistent effort. Regular practice will significantly enhance your child's musical development and enjoyment of learning. We don't expect perfection, but we do expect progress!

    Reporting a Student Absence If your child needs to miss a private lesson, please notify Artfinix at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a potential make-up lesson. Tardy Policy Tardy Equivalency: Three tardies will be considered equivalent to one absence and will count towards your child's three-day allowance. Mandatory Attendance Performances: Students must attend dress rehearsals and concerts associated with their group classes. Semester Start: Attendance is mandatory on the first day of a new semester. Dismissal from Group Classes Artfinix reserves the right to dismiss a student from group classes for the following reasons: Three consecutive absences without notification Exceeding the allotted absences Consistent tardiness Failure to adhere to the payment schedule By adhering to this attendance policy, we can ensure a positive and productive learning experience for all students.

Program Cancellation: If Artfinix cancels a program or class, your registration fee will be refunded in full.

    Artfinix Financial Aid Program Artfinix is committed to making music education accessible to all families. We offer a financial aid program that provides assistance to eligible families based on a sliding scale of up to 75% of tuition. Important Notes: Limited Resources: Due to limited financial aid funds, awards are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility Criteria: Financial aid eligibility is determined based on family income and other relevant factors.     Instrument Acquisition Artfinix currently does not have its own music library. However, our associates can provide guidance and resources to help you purchase or rent an instrument. Options: Consult Our Team: Our educators and associates can offer recommendations and advice on instrument selection and acquisition. Explore Local Resources: Visit our Parent Resource Hub for information on instrument donation or barter opportunities. Research Retailers: Explore local music stores or online retailers to find the right instrument for your needs. We're here to assist you in finding the perfect instrument for your musical journey.
  • Payment methods and Policies!
    Payment Methods: Credit Card: Payments can be made online or over the phone with our assistance. Cash: Payments can be made in person at our studio. Check: Checks can be made payable to Artfinix and submitted in person. Automatic Payments : Artfinix uses a third-party payment processor, Pike 13, to automatically charge accounts on the 1st of each month. Due Dates and Fees: Tuition: Tuition fees are due in full on the 1st of each month. Late Fee: All registrations (group classes, private lessons, or Early Childhood classes) made after the registration deadline will incur a $15 late fee in addition to the base registration fee. Registration Fee: The non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Payment Responsibility: Families are responsible for keeping their payment methods up to date. Artfinix is unable to prorate tuition fees for early withdrawals.   • +Sick Policy Communication
    Sick Student Policy Notification Requirement: If a student is unable to attend a lesson due to illness, the client must notify Artfinix before 2:00 PM on the day of the lesson. This notification can be made via phone or email. No Attendance: Students who are exhibiting symptoms of illness should not be sent to school. Make-Up Policy: Make-up lessons will be offered for missed lessons due to illness, provided the client has notified Artfinix before 2:00 PM. Sick Students: Students exhibiting symptoms of illness will be sent home for their own safety and to prevent the spread of illness to others. (Students sent back home void makeup lesson) Educator Illness Policy Health Priority: The health and well-being of our educators are paramount. If an educator is unable to teach due to illness, Artfinix will make every effort to reschedule the lesson or provide alternative arrangements. Student Safety: Artfinix reserves the right to dismiss a student from a lesson if the educator is deemed to be contagious or if the student is exhibiting symptoms of illness.
